Default Theme: Holiday Card For My 'Yakking Buddies

I've posted the yak photo run through DAP before. Added some snow, some starbursts, the snowman brush (enhanced a bit with eyes and carrot nose) and words. My intent was that the snowman was saying the words but maybe I needed a couple of bubbles leading to the words? Or is it apparent?

Fun week for me. Back to work tomorrow.

Patti I think you have been hired as CEO at Hallmark as you have taken over with the cards. Perfect image for the 'yakers. I think it may have been more effective w the bubble but I like it as is, it is a really fun image.

Patti, I like the base image. The words seem like they are on a darker bit of BG. Maybe instead of bubbles you could use snowflakes? I like the addition of the star-snow flakes.

Jackie, Thanks. :) I'll have to give Hallmark a call.

Denise, Thanks for your comments. The background behind the words is darker. I did that on purpose using the Layer Blending Options so that the words would stand out more. Too much, huh? :) Good idea on the snowflakes as bubbles. I'll have to try that out.

Patti, Maybe just at the top of the words try to blend it in more. The rest seems well blended.

    Nice image and application, Patti.
