    Default Sunset Kookaburra

This Laughing Kookaburra was doing some last minute hunting, catching unwary crabs along the lake edge. Yes, HA is a problem but the bird was very uncooperative! Thought the shot might be worth posting in spite of HA.

Lovely details and colours. Very good use of flash, although there may be some flash remnant in the pupil. I like the perch but photo seems a bit tight or me. Too bad about ha. Dave

Interesting colours in the BG. Sharp. I'm finding the image a tad flat - most probably due to the flash. A bit of Levels would make this pop a bit more. Yes bad HA (those darn uncooperative individuals!), and yes tight in the frame.

Good-looking specimen and nice BG. It does look overflashed and I would try to remove the 'steel eye' and another vote for more room.
