Create-a-Card....Asian look
definitely not a Japanese or Asian holiday, but the idea and graphic
are most pleasing to me. An old image from alongside the river run
through Dave Seeram's illustration action, added some snow/twinklies,
calligraphy, text and canvas borders.

Dave, I like the composition and the twinkly snow very much. I think we need to do the Asian theme again-as this has inspired me! I like the strong black frame for this. Very nicely done.
Very nice "Asian" feel Dave! I really like the placement of the buttons! And the snow, I have actually used snow in a few of my painting attempts! I've got a "spatter" screen, paint white pigment on it and then blow! It works! Your BG is also something do-able in Chinese brush painting techniques! I hope "kurisumusu" is a good thing! Great work!

Nice look here - it reminds me of those old Japanese block prints. The wide black border is especially effective in this theme. Design elements are very good too. Do you speak/write Japanese/Chinese?
