I took this image in CapeMay a few days ago. I was shooting some American Wigeons using my 500mm w/ 1.4 ex. I saw these Swans taking off -it took them a minute but I thought they looked so nice. So how is this for bad HA and not getting them both in the frame? I still liked the composition, so I added a snow action along w/ some larger random flakes that I put on a layer and added. The text I downloaded from the net-but had to add the s at the end of angel.

Very appropriate for the Holidays. They are rushing to the Xmas dinner :)

I like the BG colors and the pose. Not bad for full frame! The script is nice also. Is it available as a font for photoshop?

I like the white against the brown background and the snow adds great drama to the flight. I think with a title of something like, "Southbound", the departing view is most appropriate. Font fits the beauty of the birds! Did you just find an "s" in another font that fit this font or make it? Either way, great patch job.

Patti, I took the w from snow and cut it in half then flipped it and used the warp tool to make it look as if it fit. I was going to use the words-I'll be home for Christmas, but for some unexplained reason I couldn't stop myself from adding snow angels!!

I too find myself drawn into this one, something most about the snow storm grabs me
as the visual is well done.
