    Busy preening himself and not at all concered by my camera below him busy clicking away and taking as many images as I could of this great opportunity

    Beautiful sky , detail and exposure. Might take a bit off the top. Great eye contact also.

    Nice detail, light, and exposure Suzanne, would prefer a slightly better head angle w/ eye contact. I could see desaturating the background a bit as an option too.

    Love the drooped wings and nonchalant look he has. I don't mind the HA here as it gives you a nice profile look at the serious beak. I agree with a little desat of the BG and I'd also sharpen his eye some more. Can't wait for these guys to head back up here in the spring. Congrats
