As most of you can see I haven't posted much in here lately. I just never think my photos are good enough. I guess BPN has made me really picky. Hopefully this is good enough. We've had 3 male Green-Winged Teals at a local pond for about 3 weeks...finally got one in the right light. Almost full frame, cropped a bit from right side.

Nice detail and exposure. Looks a little tight on the back, I think you could put a little back.

Really good looking shot Paul. I like the fine feather detail particularly in the reds and greens. It is quite amazing how much water they push along when they are moving. Dave

Paul: Lovely capture. Good exposure, feather detail and handsome grey-green water color. Concur with adding back just a bit on the RH, and possibly brightening the eye a bit. Well done!

Nice detail and exposure. A bit tight in the frame , as mentioned. Also would be better if the shooting angle wewre lower , but might not have been an option.

Paul, really nice photo. Love the detail in the feathers. Looks like he's swimming uphill though.

Hey Paul, I see you went to visit the friendly GWT trio! Gotta take advantage of that as I can't recall seeing such approachable individuals of this species :-) I prefer the added room of the repost - including at bottom too as I found the reflection close to the edge on the original. Did you add contrast too?

LOL..yes Dan..these three little ducks are unreal, you can get within a few feet of them. Lots of people have been taking advantage, in a nice way. I added some contrast...do you think it was to much or makes it better?
