Phillip Colla is a BPN participant. I am kind of surprised the image of someone standing on top of Mesa Arch would be accepted. To say this is a dangerous undertaking is an understatement and, to me, encourages others to copy the behavior. Sooner or later someone will get hurt. It also has the potential to damage the arch, hastening its demise. I also think it might not be legal. :(
