This is male montagus harrier, was lucky to get him perched on a tree which is a not very often seen as they prefer the ground or termite mounds.

I like the soft light, sharpness, angle, look-back pose and BG. If anything, maybe a slightly wider crop?

Pretty subject with good technicals. Nice soft pleasing background. The curvature of the perch gives this added depth.

Awesome shot! Love the BG and sharpness! The thorns on the perch are an added feature! I like this as posted but a little less tight in the crop would be good too.!

Kiranbhai, lovely pose with a good look back. Excellent feather detail, and a pretty tricky or should I say pricky perch to land on.

Well done with the DOF to get the whole bird sharp, Kiran. Great BG and perch.

Kiran--I can't believe how so many get these gray harrier shots--this one here, and others recently posted from north america. They stay away from me most of the time. I love the shot and the look back is just right. Only comp suggestion I might throw at ya would be to perhaps center him up as I feel the featureless larger green area to the right helps little with the overall comp. Maybe desat the green a little too to get him to stand out from the bg, and to not be so diminished from it's competing intensity. Very sweet shot!

Awesome light, detail, sharpness, pose and BG. Would also prefer to see this with more space all around.
