“Lets Play”
This is Ben, a playful chap that was showing gratitude after a nice lunch at the zoo. Ben resides in New York’s Bronx Zoo. He was painted with a Nikon D70s, using a Nikkor 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6D ED lens.

Pretty kitty. Looks nice and sharp with plenty of detail in the fur. Love the pose and especially the eye contact. Is it just me or are the blacks a little light/flat?
This beautiful photograph, the title for it, and the discussion so far reminded me of the limerick by Wallace Tripp:
There was a young man from the city
Who met what he thought was a kitty
He gave it a pat
And said, "Nice little cat."
We're sending a wreath out of pity.
Gus-
Just about "purrfect." Love the direct look and the nice low angle, but what really makes it for me are the paws in play position. I wonder if shot at say 370mm or so might emphasize that element?
