Default Recommendation wanted for good elbow pads

So much of my bird photograhy is done lying flat, that I really want good elbow pads. Any recommendations?

    Thx in advance

Both knee and elbow pads can be found in a sporting goods store or one that caters to skateboarders.

You can probably save a few bucks on the knee pads though and get the kind concrete finishers / tile layers wear which can be found in a home improvement store.

Edit: There are two Sports Authority locations in Dallas.

    Kaustubh,
Don't know whether this is a good suggestion or not but i guess you can try the ones used by volleyball players.

I am able to use a pair of cheap atheletic cloth knee pads. I guess that my arms are fat enough!:o

Knee pads are available from any hardware store. But as one who has undergone bilateral knee arthroplasty, I'm not likely to use them!

Thx everyone. I'll pay a visit to Dick's sporting goods over the weekend. They have an hunting section too so I'll pick up a camo jacket as well.
