On my last snowy egret post there was mention of a less than optimal head angle and the foot being too low, so today I instructed one of my model snowys to change his pose accordingly. They don't follow directions very well. I told him his foot was too high......
    comments and critique welcomed. regards~Bill

    The snowy whisperer ;)
Love the low shooting angle, HA looks pretty good to me as well, good HA with a clear sharp eye.
Whites look great - like the raised foot looks like he is giving you a wave.
    Nice!!

Bill, Really nice looking image. The water color and the BG color really add to this. A tiny bit more on top for me. Love the raised foot and eye contact. My new favorite of yours.

Bill: Wonderful head angle, and lovely color. And showing the golden slipper is always a plus even if he didn't listen to your exact direction. I wonder if taking down the brightness of the water glare just a bit might help the viewer concentrate on the lovely snowy.

Love the pose Bill You got the raised foot, raised head feathers and captured the attitude !!!

Wish the bg was a bit darker without the white areas but fine as presented, also might consider cropping most of the bottom reflection, bird is the key and want to see him larger in frame !!! Your doing well !!!
