Theme: Holiday Card

I have two versions of this card - one that says, "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year" for my family and Christian friends and this one for my friends that are not of the Christian faith.

I started by cloning out a few branches and leaves, then I ran through DAP Cezanne and DAP Portraitist which I blended together just for the background. I masked out the bird and perch revealing the original underneath. I still didn't like the background so I did a gaussian blur on it. I added the text and the frame. I started by using Mike's Framer and then added some texture to the frame part.

These words will be on the inside left:

Our mission was to see and photograph

Accomplished! But, the beauty of the

Patti, Really beautiful looking card. The DAP effect on the BG looks great. I love Northern Cardinals and this guy is a beauty! The ornament is well placed and is the finishing touch!! Very nice sentiment-It got a smile out of me!!
