Kiran...very good pose and lighting. I am fine with lack of underwing details. You guys have got some really productive termite mounds out there. rocking image.

Kiranbhai, you just keep on turning them out. Well timed for the landing, and I like the angle. Exceptional sharp detail, and well exposed colours. Killer BG too. Congrats on a fine image.

Kiran, I think you are a bit hard on yourself with your own critique. I see this as an excellent image with a fabulous subject, excellent eye contact with the viewer, nice light quality, sharp detail, natural perch, lovely creamy background and a very good design (composition) to boot. I'd say, pat yourself on the shoulder and lets see the next good one!

Great image Kiran! It looks like he may have perched there before by the indent in the mounds ridge. Good eye contact and HA too.

Kiran Bhai, excellent shot. HA, wing position BG all amazing. Plenty of detail under the wing for me. Maybe you should consider doing workshops there in India, I'm sure you would get lots of clientele;). Congrats

Kiran--Hey--even if you pulled some detail out of the underside I don't beleive that would help due to the position of them--the strength is in the body and tops of the wings, perch and bg. Just a fantastic shot! Very, very powerful. Lots of great things working for you here. Way to go!

Kiran-bhai, while all has been said, I keep focusing on the legs!

    Amazing how powerful they appear.

Artie, you opened up the underwing detail very nicely; you can do the same for me anytime!

Great repost by the Maestro! :D Sure brought out some detail and it's a good improvement. I love the original as much though. Good to compare the two.

Well done Kiranbhai. As expected from you!

YAW. With such a fine image the honor is mine. I painted a QM of the underwing and then pulled the Curve up. Then I used the Patch Tool to smooth the transition line. All as described in Digital Basics (and APTATS !)
