A cormorant relaxing and drying in the sun. Taken in the Pilanesberg nature reserve. I liked the pose here.

    Stuart:

Very nice pose, HA and details in the black, esp. with the harsh light.
The triangular shape of the perch repeats the wing shapes, nice.

    Cheers

Nice. Perfect HA, OK perch. Good job on the blacks! I would clean up the smudge at the base of the perch and LRC. Actually, if you scroll quickly up and down you will notice a large area there that needs smoothing out.

Hi Stuart: Great image of a bird I cannot get close to in Missouri. I see them all the time while duck hunting on the Missouri River but they stay far away. I like the way it is looking back over its shoulder at you. Good catch, my friend, and nice repost.
