Gina, and I along with her sister from England spent last week up in Madera Canyon, AZ at Madera Kubo B&B. Birds were scarce, however, we had a great time and took some photos, one was this Bridled Tit Mouse.

Hi Uncle Gus - intresting flower that guy is standing on - petals look a little glassy ;)
IMHO - It looks like your point of focus may have been on the back rather than the head - the back area appears sharper and the head/eye area a little soft.
could also use some NR on the background. might also crop a little from the top.
Agree with Lance !!! Repost is a bit overcooked sharpness wise !!
For sharpening might try doing on a layer so you can erase the effect from the bg and even reduce opacity to lessen the sharpening !!! Any help give me a pm !!
