Got Blackbirds?
Hi all. Still out on the road in New Mexico, returning to Bosque on Monday for the Festival of the Cranes. Loving every minute of it!!
I was shooting Snow Geese at the Bosque when I heard a flock of birds explode behind me. I turned and shot right into them and this is what resulted. I was surprised to see the yellow-headed blackbirds in with the res-wings, but it's all part of my ongoing field education! :)

Wow! Very nice, Kerry! Like the mixture of red-wings and yellow-heads.
Never seen that many together in my life Kerry. Great job with none being clipped at the bottom. I think it would make a cool print.
