This bird has eluded me for three winters but this past week I met with success. The photo was taken in a remote corner of Jonathan Dickinson State Park, Jupiter, FL.

Reason: Clean up UR
This is a bird that I also want to see! I made a detouring trip from The St. Augustine fotofest, last year, to the Scrub Jay Habitat, but not one was to be seen. I know the habitat for this bird is not photo friendly. Removing that large branch behind the bird, would help define your elusive subject. For most photographers on this site, that would probably be a breeze. NOT for me. But that would be my suggestion, if you can. I'm glad you finally got a glimpse of one of Florida's elusive and endangered birds.
Good-looking specimen and pose. The setting is really challenging and the branches in the BG distracting. There are some clone marks in the upper right, I would run NR on the BG and the bird could be a bit sharper. Is this a large crop?
