    Gary:

    Great colors, well exposed. He is past you a bit and angling away a smidge. The head/eye is a little soft on my monitor. I suspect the focus point was on the wing. It looks like he needs some CW rotation based on the water, but that isn't always easy to be certain of without the horizon.

    I do like the color, the wing position, and the primaries. I also like the glassy look of the water!

    But it does require CW tilt and it's not quite as sharp as I would hope, as previously noted. Is the original sharper?

    The colors are brilliant and I like your panning effect. The suggestions, as other's stated would enhance your image.

    Agree with the others but wanted to say how lovely the water is with this color bird flying over. It makes for a stunning image combo.

    Nice wing position and bg It does look as if the focus was on the body as the head is soft. I would increase the ISO and stop down next time....:)
