I liked the inquisitive pose. Taken in the Pilanesberg nature reserve last year.

Stunning capture. Exposure and details very nice and BG even better. I have to say that some may wish the eye to be on a move even plane, but I LOVE the shadows of the bird's eyelashes on its eye. This adds something very special to this capture.

Great job, Stuart. The comp and exposure are flawless and I love the way the bird's eyelashes go across the eye - very nice.

Another great shot Stu. Fabulous details and you have captured the inquisitive look perfectly with good details and iQ. The shadows on the eye add a nice touch.

Lovely BG and pose Stuart, with very nice detail. One of my favorite African birds to photograph ;)

Stuart, The first thing I noticed were the eyelashes! Great details and lighting.
