    Question Indian Bushlark(Advice appreciated)

The PSD and JPEG version of this does not look so bright on my monitor but the browser seems to have changed that for some reason. Could someone please advise me on how to deal with that issue.

It's not really possible to produce superb detailed images like most on this forum with my equipment but would appreciate advice on how to achieve the best results from the available gear till I can afford to upgrade :p

    EOS Canon-40D
    Sigma 70-300mm APO(Non-IS)
    f/8
    ISO-250
    1/500sec.
    -0.3 EC
    Av mode
    Pattern Metering
    Handheld

All C&C welcome and most appreciated.

    -Cheers,
    Rohan

Nice light and BG bro, would have tried a horizontal crop also. I have not touch the crop but did some sharpening, cloning and removed the red cast. hope there is a improvement.

    @Kiran Bhai

Thanks for taking the time to repost... It does look much better... I always tend to either over or under sharpen the bird... Hope to get the hang of it some day though.

    Rohan

I like the light, head angle and BG. I agree on more sharpening and might tone down the whites.

Super pose, and I like the BG in this. Kiran's repost works well.

Rohan, Nice catch here. BG is very lovely and you did a great job on exposure. I also would like this as a horizontal and I like Kirans version with the twig removed.
