This was taken near Cody , Wyoming last December and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The mountain foxes are such beautiful animals and it was a real pleasure to have the opportunity to photograph them.

Many congrats Judy. This is one of the very best mountain fox images I've seen. I like the way it stands out from the white BG as well as your chosen DOF.

That is such a beautiful photo Judy. I love the way the fox is tip-toeing through the snow, while licking snow from its nose. Tells a story.

Judy, a lovely image of one of nature's most beautiful creatures. I like the light, saturation and the pose with raised paw in motion.

Judy, lovely sharp detail and just love the golden colour of the fox. Great eye contact, well exposed snow, and the protruding tongue puts this over the top. Great image.

    Hi Judy Lynn,
Very well done all around! You kept enough detail in the whites and the pose on the fox is excellent! We have foxes here in NJ....but that is definitely a Wyoming coat!

Love the raised paw and the low angle. The eyes reaaly get my attention. All the snow makes for a very clean image.
