    Hi Rick: I also like the background vegetation and the composition here. Neat eye contact as it looks like the bird has seen you as you were capturing the image. On my monitor the image could be darkened a tiny bit but I have a very bright monitor. Thanks for sharing a great shot.

    The foreground veg makes this one for me, especially considering I was trying to get a shot of an adult harrier this weekend. It conveys the low searching flight of this neat bird. The bird itself looks tack sharp -- nice image. And by the way, I got nothing even close to this shot. What's your setup -- blind?
