    This was taken at Marievale Bird Sanctuary close to where I work. I've been going through some old photo's and found this one. It is from Feb 2007 when it was the driest February in 50 years in the area... turned out to be the best time for bird photography I've ever experienced (since all the birds congregated around the wetland). All comments welcome!

    this is very nice Isak! one of the best stilt images I've ever seen. gorgeous light, great pose and filling the frame nicely...

    Lovely BG and I love the wing position. Great job exposing the whites and blacks. I only wish the feet were separated a little. Congrats

    Okay, can knees really bend that way. This is a fun action shot with a beautiful background and wonderful color, especially on the subject's legs. Thank you.

    I like the landing pose, angle and particularly the BG and would tone down the whites a bit.
