    Another capture from my trip last week. I wanted Bitterns most of all and was lucky to get them both. Shot this in very late evening light.

    Great light, composition and details, the habitat adds to it. I only wish for a bit more head turn toward you but like it as is.

    Great image! The background distracts me a bit, but thats is with the bitterns.

    There is a lot to like in this image. I like the BG as it adds a sense of place. I also like the way the brown reeds / grass go so nicely with the color of the bird.
