Things get a lot harder when you have 7 to consider :)
Took a bunch of shots - but never got all 7 looking at the camera at the same time - oh well.

Shot this into the sun - Manual flash at full power to try and just get a highlight in the eyes and keep the rim lighting behind.

Could have stopped down some more - wasn't really the effect i was after - wanted the main chick sharp and then the DOF falling off on the rest.

P.S - hoping everything is good - just swapped to a MAC after using a PC all my life!!!!!!!!

I don't mind about their HA except the left most one, which get almost totally block by one in front. Even though the DOF didn't come out as you wish I still I like this as it is, very well done. Love the rim light effect and how you use flash to get catch lights in the eyes. The pano crop works well too.

hi Gus - these little guys were huddled together on a rock on the side of a lake - Mama was having a swim, could not get a better angle, would have liked all 7 heads visible.

I think your use of fill flash here is excellent !

The only thing I don't like is the foreground. I guess you must have gone a bit too low :D
