I took this photo one frosty morning last week. Any C&C are welcome!

    Olympus SP-550 UZ
    f4.3 @ 1/40, ISO 100, -0.7 EV
    Aperture priority mode, pattern metering
Processed in PS CS2; cropped to pano, curves adjustments, channel mixer, added a vignette, and did quite a bit of burning on the surrounding grass

Christopher, I really like this. The frosted look on the leaf is interesting. The grass has nice texture. I like the details, lighting, comp. and the vignette.Well done.

Hey Chris, I like the simple comp, good position on the leaf, good details, B&W works well.

Beautiful job on the burning and vignette, Chris...it barely shows but I bet it made a world of difference from the original image. You really knocked this one out of the park. It's a lovely B&W conversion. I'm copying this thread down to the OOTB forum for them to admire as well.

I think you handled the lights and darks very well. The leaf stands out, and is framed by frost on the grass. Nice positioning of the leaf. Excellent!
