    This little guy's mother was very protective of him, and did not allow me much room to photograph him. Finally, after much patience, she allowed me close enough to capture a few images. Image was created in the Kruger National Park in South Africa.

    Very touching image. She was only doing her job by protecting the little one.

    The cropping of this image is very effective giving the image a strong center of interest while telling a story. Well done....

    Very touching image. As stated the composition works very well. I was wondering if you might have made images of him nursing? Great image.

    Unfortunately no nursing shots Howard, she didn't trust me that much

    Very intimate scene, nice eye contact, and the legs cradling the baby add good strong lines to anchor the composition
