I posted this a while ago but not sure what happened to it:confused:

I found these flowers growing right through the leaves:D

Most of the leaves are down and have lost their color, I do have some nice earthtones, but they needed a little punch, so added these flowers.

    Mike,

Great capture. Looks like something in the coreopsis family. Like the color contrast against the neutral oak leaf.

    Thanks for sharing.....

Love the yellow light in this, Mike. Beautiful waxy texture of the leaves really sets off the water droplets. In a perfect world I think the two flowers touching would be nicer if they had a tiny bit of distance between them but hey - gotta go with what God gives ya!

Beautiful detailed image. It's signature Mike.

Stunning contrast and colors. Love the composition, water drops, flowers. Only thing is, it doesn't look natural to me. If I'm reading your post correctly, you added the flowers, they were not growing there, right?

Hey Anita, I carried the flowers in the field with the idea of setting up this comp.

    Hey Mike,

you are the master of composition. Background is stunning, and the colours of the flowers are beautifull.
