    Good jumping pose, a bit tight on top. Head angle could be better and I see a lot of artifacts on the BG, did you have to lift the exposure? It seems so noise for ISO 400. I see know that you used 1/4000, probably underexposed, I don't recall ever using that s/s.

    I like the angle and BG, it's surprising to see so much motion blur at that shutter speed. I agree regarding noise in the BG and wish the bird were angled toward you.

    Nice landing shot, The bird is a bit OOF here (front focus evident from the sharper water right below the bird) and noise needs to be suppressed, also selective blurring of the water on the lower left corner seems a bit unnatural since the the rest of the bottom edge is sharp.
