this is the drive home from where I try to photo deer--the only section of road with any fall color left!
removed two cars and 10 road signs. boosted contrast (perhaps too much?) and brightened the spots where the sunlight was hitting.

Very nice, like the colors! reminds me of this side of the state. The road and the trees brings your eye right down the path. Good work.

Hi Cheryl PS wise looks a little over processed? I know the leaves can get big time reflective at times, crop wise would take about a quarter of the top to zero in on the scene !!! Lovely image !!!

Thanks, Al. When I was uploading it here, and compared it to the original, it looked a bit harsh to me also.

Hi Cheryl - Like the scene- agree it looks a little over worked. The road leads you into the picture nicely.
Saw a interesting article the other ay on removing unwanted things via the use of stacks in photoshop - have to have a few images with the unwanted item in different places - but can get rid of it with no cloning/masks etc.

I like the colorful fall scene...the road does lead you into the photo...agree that the colors are a tad over...looking forward to your next one...

Agree with comments on color boost, road is a nice leading line - very colorful.
