    Painting is well done, nice brush size, just enough detail...original ain't bad either :D

    Nice image and application.

    One thing I notice is that I would have restored the catchlight in the painting. It would add life to the bird. But I like the image otherwise as posted.

    Beautiful repost Gus. I love the painted look to your hummer. Nicely done. Catchlight looks good.

    Lovely painted look, Gus, and great base image. Repost looks good, though the hummingbird looks a bit dark to me.

    Lovely original and painting. I also like the addition of the catchlight, but I think I prefer the background and bird in the first painting without the additional contrast.
