Default Swift Tern in full flight

While I was down at the coast a few months back, these Terns gave me endless pleasure, capturing all forms of flight angles and postures. I liked the fully extended wings in this.

Nice light and pose. Good comp too. The whitest circle in LLC catches my eye a bit.

Lovely light, pose and BG. Might tone down the bright spots in LLC as Daniel noticed. Very nice image, Stuart.

    Stuart:

I agree with Daniel about the distraction, and I think the repost is better, cleaner image, good balance between right and left now. Before, it was somewhat left heavy between the bird and the brighter areas.

    Cheers

Love the original as well. White spots were not even catching my eyes. Nice image with lovely wingpose.

I like the wing position, sharpness and BG and would put the bird a little bit lower in the frame.

Stuart - That's some pretty fast shooting to get that little guy with room left in front. I think the blue background really makes the bird look sweet. Thank you.

Stuart, I like the colours- creamy on blue BG, good feather details, overall very easy on the eye.

Nice sharpness with good wing position and eye contact. The repost is an improvement. Agree with Axel's suggestion.
