    Default Unknown Insect: ID help needed

    This image was made a few months ago and just rediscovered. It was on a rose bush. Does anyone have an idea what it is.

    Roy this looks like some sort of true bug (Hemipteran). It would help if you indicated what country, state/province etc. you photographed it in.

    Sure Roy i love these little guys its a Katydid nymph (young).

    Like the colors,BG, and details but I would love to see more of the plant and the the bottom antenna.

    Lovely hot of this nymph!
    I like how you have chosen a panorama-crop for this photograph!
    I do feel posting this bigger as the current 62 KB would improve this as there are a lot of JPEG artifacts in the current image.
