Default Mule Deer Stare Down - RMNP

Spent the evening in Rocky looking for mule deer, and they didn't disappoint. In the span of 30 minutes I found 13 mule deer, 6 males, but only 2 with nice racks. They were extremely tolerant of people, and I often had to back up as they were walking right at me, not being agressive, but rather just obsessed with the bushes on the side of the road. Fun experience, got about 7 different expressions with eye contact, this one being one of the more dramatic ones.

Note that to downsize the file I had to save it at 62% so its not quite as sharp here as I would like.

Super head on Jared. Did you resize after downsizing? (what we normally do). Thanks for sharing.

Like the eye contact in this image. With the open mouth, looks like he is telling you to get back!
