    Default Assignment: Fall Colours

Just happened to have something to fit the theme, I know I said I was going to take a bit of a hiatus......
This is from an earlier post. I reworked it through a crop and putting it through a filter (forge filters), it seemed to soften it up and make the colours more muted. These are reflections of the sumach, aspens, and poplars in the water. I ran a Triptych Frame which I have saved to my actions set.
Deleted the raw file but the techs were something like this 40D, HH, 17-55 @ 55, +1, can't remember the SS.

    This is beautiful Lady Jackie,
I love the framing of the three silky smooth pastel colors, and the reflection is a plus...well done:cool:

Gorgeous - love each individual image and the final presentation - hope you do it like this and hang it on a wall.
    Good show!!!

Jackie, Really nice look to your tryptych. Good choice of image. I like the muted colors and the pattern in the water.Nicely done.

I think it's superb - very creative, appealing, holds the viewer's interest, just the right amount of blur. Obviously needs a wall. I also like a title for it that like Sumacs, Aspens and Poplar Reflections that explains the different colors.

    Cheers

Very beautiful, love how the color reflect off the uneven water surface. I like how you frame the image as well, very well done.
