    Hi Steve, you couldnt have asked for a better pose, and just love the detail and colours on the little guy. If this was mine, I would move him to the left a bit, and take a little off the top. Still, well captured.

    Lovely peaceful mood here Steve, great details and colours. I too would take a bit off the left, but it works as presented.

    The head turn makes this one for me. Dead centered might have worked too. Like the light and the mood.

    .. could add I would have gone a little wider to include the entire mid water circle, love it and has a great feel !!!

    I like the ripples and almost monochrome water. I might lighten the head of the reflection a tad.

    the perfect circles around the bird are what make this image memorable for me. i agree that moving the bird farther right, closer to center, might actually work better than moving it left (or cropping from left).

    Thanks to all for the comments and suggestions. I tried a bunch of different crops with the ripples before settling on this one. Tomorrow may be different :)
