    Yesterday it was windy out so I decided to do in-camera blurs of fall foliage and let the wind work for me.

    Love it, Denise. Just the right amount of blur. I wonder what it would look like with just a bit more black in the reds?

    Thanks Gus and Bill, I appreciate the feedback.
    Bill, I had already added some black points to the image-this is as far as I felt it could go w/o clipping the darks in LR2- I like both.Thanks:)

    Fall colors and soft light - killer combination! Nice lens and techs, .5 sec HH - well done. The filter provides a subtle look and the ISO=100 quality and small aperture provide great detail and perfect DoF.

    The first has an inviting feel to it. I like the colors and I like the blur while still retaining the leaf.

    Nothing beats the colour of the red maples. Very pretty D. Curious as to the use of the polarizer. Did it help you stop down, or were you using it for reflections (to get rid of)?
