Love the image Carole !!!! Would crop from the right side about an inch or so, will have the birds larger in frame and the prominent eye more to the upper third !!! Sweet !!!

Super nice. I would love to have the opportunity to photographs saw-whets (or any owl) 'up close and personal.'
Was this a re-hab situation or zoo or ...?

These birds do have lovely eye and you manage to capture that well. Love the side view, the feather details and the OOF owl compliment the one in focus nicely. Well done.

Lovely portrait shot Carole, like the poses echoing each other. Good sharpness on the eye/ beak area. Very nice shot.

    Hi Carole:
I love these birds that you've captured with incredible feathers details, especially around the eye. Good light and sharpness. These birds seems to be very calm although I think you were taking the picture at 3-4 meters how did you do it? Good work.
