I like the eye contact, sharpness and calm water. The light looks a bit harsh and the image were stronger if the bird were not angled away from you.

Hi there Asad, nice shot. I think you could lighten the blue of the water to give this a bit more vibrancy.
It may also make a nice black and white shot.
