    One from the archives. The brown Hyena is a nocturnal animal, but every now and then one has the opportunity to photograph them during early morning or late afternoon. This was taken at the Ratlhogo waterhole in the Pilanesberg National Park.

    You were lucky to get this , an extremely rare sighting in daylight!
    I have only ever seen one at Okaukuejo in Etosha, early morning but too far away!

    Very good capture!
