    Marc - Nice comp, timing, and definition. Amazingly looks to be a bit of motion blur on his right wing, surprising for this bird at 1/3000s. Ideally we'd want the bill not connecting with the wing, possibly tone down the neck too?

    I agree the neck is a little too bright but the detail overall is outstanding, I like how the water droplets really capture the action.

    Sharpness and eye contact look good, The light is a bit harsh and the light angle not ideal. I also wish we could see the underside of the near wing better.

    Hey Marc, did you have to travel all the way to Botswana to capture these gulls. We have them resident at a water spot very close to Johannesburg International airport. I like the detail, and well timed for the take off. I would maybe move him back a bit to the left.
