    I added a Topaz Simplify filter to this. I am not sure of the ID -but I'm guessing pond duck?!:) I took this yesterday and the colors were so nice in the water.

    this is really the beauty of fall color. The slightly raised angle allows
    for such wonderful reflections. The simplify is great on the water,
    but in contrast would love to see razor sharpness on the duck.

    only IMHO of course

    Beautiful colors and reflections, Denise! Very nice pose on the duck, looks like a domestic duck of some sort. I don't mind the simplify effect on the duck but would sharpen it a little more.

    Beautiful golds, contrasting nicely with the white. Is it possible to do what Dave suggests?

    Anita, It is possible.I just have to do a layer mask, and reveal the details a bit. I did try it-but it looks exactly like the original-so I didn't even bother. I think the duck was a bad subject to Simplify.
