    Fagiano...Italian for Pheasant...lol..I gotta get a life.

    2nd photo from encounter with only pheasant I've seen in Ottawa, in over 20 years...released bird, which won't live long if it comes up to a hunter (like it did to me), now that season is on. Nothing special, only thing I've had to photograph, lately unless weather gets better

    Photo full frame pheasant was centered, added canvas to left side...grasses were that color...

    Very pretty bird. I think the background is very bright. I would try to select the bird, inverse to get the background, and desaturate the background to see if it looks a little beter.

    lovely bird - I agree it looks a bit bright - maybe tone it down and also take saturation down a notch...
