    Shot this at a small ghost town in Calif. a few years back. Not sure if it works but thought it was a bit different.
    Converted in Silver FX, selected an area and applied a sepia tone.

    Dave, for me, the silver area is too contrasting to the warmth of the sepia. Did you consider adding just a very light hint of sepia to the back grasses? I love the composition on this, though - your eye goes in from the side of the house and gets one-two punched by all that's going on. GREAT angles!!!

    Dave, A different view indeed. It almost has an IR look to the trees. Lots of angles. The rich tones of the wooden structures are nice.

    I too thought it was IR; I love the comp. and think it should be all silver or all sepia. My preference is for sepia

    Took advice and converted (quickly) to all sepia. I like this better...
