Ecellent image, I rally like the pose, HA, clean BG, colors.
I would only remove the little speck at the edge of the breast
and the little trailing feather at the end of the tail.
    Well done.

Lovely image Jim. I like the subtle improvement of the repost.

Very sweet light on this sweet little bird Jim. I like seeing his legs and feet so clearly and his eye really grabs me. I like the clean up but only because the feather strand looks odd especially due to it's location, so I agree it should go.

So, so clean on the repost. Love the light and the clean sand. That off feather sticking out of the bird's butt looked anything but natural to me Does anyone have any clues as to what feather it is/was?

Yes, the repost looks much cleaner. That odd feather stuck out like a sore thumb! Looks like it may have been an outer tail feather? But devoid of most of its barbs...

Lovely soft light and colours Jim, and you have exposed this very well. The BG is nice and clean, and your repost works well. Well captured.

Nice image Jim, I like the pose BG and I really like the fact the whole image is very clean with no
    distracting elements.
