Hi Harshad, I like this. Nice capture with three birds that all have good head angles. I like how the the two birds on the edges are facing the middle bird. Details and exposure look good to me. I also find the background pleasing. I am not sure but I might be tempted to take a little off the bottom. Good show! and thanks for sharing.

Excellent shot Harshad. Good to get three and love your bg. Good head angle and eye contact.

This is a beautiful image Harshad ,and to have managed to capture a grouping of all three birds perched together ,certainly compliments the Roller in the foreground ,however I find the slightly soft bird sitting below the central figure a little distracting to the eye. Maybe at F11 or so he would have been a little sharper ?

Great trio, with varying poses. Good light and detail, and Im not sure a touch of sharpening on the guy on the right will work, as he is just falling out of your DOF range. Still, well captured.

    Harshad:

fun capture, nice to have all three nicely separated. Very nice as is, I think Suzanne's point about f stop is right on. You could have easily cranked up the ISO to gain the aperture flexibility you needed. If you had time of course!

I find that I must constantly think about the situation, it is so easy to get caught in the exciting moment, and forget to vary your setup, to try and wring everything you can out of it. Once you get the first couple of frames in the can, so to speak, then time to start tweaking it!

Easy to say, hard to do, worth shooting for in many cases!

This picture makes me think the middle one is the boss bird, and the others are following his lead.

    Cheers

    Randy

Repost with issues mentioned addresses plus more. Cropped to tighten it up--too much room on our left... Selectively sharpened left and right birds with QMs and a contrast mask. Removed little branch with Protect and Defend cloning, the Patch Tool, and a series of QM.

How do you make a C into a copyright symbol in CS#??????????????????????:)

Forgot: lightened each contrast masked bird with ctrl M and lift the curve a bit.... All described in Digital Basics.

Great repost Arthur. This image certainly looks better now.
To get the © just go start/Accesories/System tools/character map then copy it and and paste it in your image

Great to have three birds in the frame, I like the soft light, angle, eye contact(s) and BG. I like Artie's repost and would remove the leaf in the lower right. It looks somewhat lost there. I agree regarding a higher ISO and stopping down more.

On Macs the copyright symbol is option + G, I don't remember the shortcut on PCs.

A wonderful image to begin with, Artie's repost makes it even better.
Artie, to get the © sign, push (and hold) the ALT key, then push 0 then 1 then 6 then 9
one after the other while holding the ALT key

Excellent image Harashad with Artie's repost taking it to the next level. Would also crop out the oof leaves in LRH, agree with stopping down more to get all the birds in DOF.
