Nice capture, I like the eye contact and mood. Ideally, 1 or 2 more f stops might help out on the tail, and maybe even bring more subtle rain into the shot?

I am fine with the dof. The rain drops are somewhat distracting as they are so varied, one sharp, one soft, etc. Lots of smaller rain streaks would likely have been more effective. Nice BKGR.
