    Some how managed to get close to this beautifully plumaged male. looks like he applied mascara around his eyes.

    Spec: 1/400, F 7.1, ISO 800, expo -1/3

    Canon 40D + 500mm + 1.4 TC

    another beauty Bhai , lovely compo and great sharpness with details
    IMHO this image has color cast
    here is repost ,You can do if far better on big file
    I hope you dont mind :D:D

    Very nice portrait. I agree with the color cast and think the repost is an improvement.

    Lovely head portrait and it does look like he's wearing mascara. Lots of detail in the feathers. I think I'd crop a little more off the bottom IMO. Congrats

    What a great portrait shot you have here. Agree that the colors in the repost work better and really make the bird pop. Love the bird's eyes and it's iris has those black speckles which I like. You have acquired great details and colors in the feathers.
