Very nice bird, interesting greenish tone on the plumage, goes well
with the seaweed. I like the seaweed habitat too, detailed but not overwhelming.
I would try to crop about 50% of the water part in the bottom, add on top
and place the bird little lower. Might work too.

Glenn, I feel your comp works well, and I like the low angle, and HA too. Lovely light and colours, and overall a pleasing image. Well captured.

Lovely low angle, golden light, and habitat. I would lower the mid-tones a tad, as the turnstone plumage is a bit darker than portrayed here.
