Not sure what this plant was but it had great design in the leaves, I turn one on its backside to create the contrast.

I'm not sure of the plant either Mike, but it looks like you picked the best of the bunch. Nicely done. Colours stand out nicely and I like the green under it all. Nice and sharp with lots of dof. Dave

That mix of soft white-yellow with the punch of green and red is wonderful, Mike. Love the diagonal lines to this and the nice detail in the leaves.

I've been wondering...when you create these images that look like they are lying flat on the ground...are they? Or are you shooting at an angle and just hitting it dead on so they appear flat?

Hi Mike, Very creative composition! The way the image is layered is quite pleasing along with your center of interest placed diagonally. The lighting is even along with beautiful contrasting colors. Well done!!

it is always a pleasure to see new pictures from you. Nice idea to turn some leaves to get the contrast. Perfect picture :)

Hi Mike. The mix of colors and patterns is very pleasing. Excellent overall sharpness - as usual. Well done.

Like the multi-coloured leaves Mike and the sharp edges to form the different patterns. Think it would make a nice print.
